If you receive an item that is damaged please take a picture of it, send it to us and we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional charge. 

(excluding orders that shipping cost are above $20)

We make each item by hand and is checked for quality to ensure we are providing you with a product that we stand behind. If at all you receive an item that is not up to your standards of quality, please let us know so that we can resolve the issue to maintain your support. 

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We do not disclose any of your information to anyone outside of our business. We only use your information to send you a confirmation, process payments, any inquiries, or any other communication between yourself (customer) and us (twins) until you receive your product.
